Born from a love of bold flavour and electric nights, Cinder opened its doors in 2019 and has been burning ever since. We're more than a bar — we're a living room for night owls, a stage for emerging DJs, and a kitchen that respects the flame.
Every detail — from the char on your plate to the amber light above your glass — is intentional. We built this place to feel like somewhere you've always wanted to be.

The rooftop is open Thursday through Sunday from 6PM. Weekends feature live DJs spinning until the skyline blushes.
